Michael Ramer

CEO

Michael Ramer has 20 years of experience in emergency response services and construction / industrial safety.

He and his wife Dana have two daughters and a son, Anna-Michael, Rigdon, and Andi.

During his career as a professional Firefighter / Paramedic, he has served in many roles including Lieutenant and Training Officer. Michael also has obtained numerous nationally accredited certifications including.

As a Safety Professional Michael has served in various size organizations from small construction companies with less than 50 employees to large manufacturing facilities with 500 employees. This has allowed him to gain experience in areas such as loss control, safety program development and implementation, and worker compensation to name a few.

As a Safety Professional he has earned the following certifications OSHA 510 Construction Safety (Georgia Tech), 3M Fall Protection Competent Person, Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing (FM Global). Michael is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health with a Minor in Fire Science.

Tracy Montague

VP of Operations

Tracy Montague comes to RedLine Safey Inc. with over 25 years of experience in Fire/Rescue and Industrial Safety/Rescue.

He and his wife Julie have a son and a daughter, Marlee 30 and Josh 28, and a granddaughter Charlotte.

Before joining RedLine Safety Inc Tracy served 20 years with the City of Hattiesburg Fire Department where he retired in 2014.

While Hattiesburg Fire/Rescue he earned many IFSAC and NFPA certifications

After retirement he joined the industrial field with Georgia Pacific Global Health and Safety Team where he was a instructor for the Emergency Response Teams Fire Brigade, High Angle Rope Rescue, Confined Space, and HazMat teams in large chemical and paper mills across the nation.

Patrick Henry

SAFETY MANAGER

Patrick Henry brings 30 plus years of experience in Industrial Safety Management, Emergency Response Services, and Electrical Safety to our team.

He and his wife Sheree have two daughters, Shelby and Patricia, and four grandchildren, Ella, Gwen, Joey, and Daisy.

Patrick has held numerous positions throughout his career, including Electronics Technician, Industrial Electrical/Instrumentation Technician, E&I Crew Leader, Behavior Bases Safety Facilitator, Safety Captain, Fire Chief, Emergency response Leader, Safety Specialist, and Electrical Safe Work Practices Leader. Patrick has been a Certified Volunteer Firefighter for 31 years holding numerous leadership roles including Training Officer, Public Safety Officer, Captain, and Battalion Chief. Patrick has obtained numerous nationally accredited certifications including:

As a Safety Professional, Patrick has worked in medium and heavy industrial environments and led safety and emergency response training for numerous Industrial sites from 10 to 500 team members including Georgia Pacific, International Paper, and Koch Industries sites. 

Patrick holds Master of Science Degrees in Emergency Services Management and Occupational Safety and Health.

Job description
Redline Safety is looking for a Safety Technician I – Outage to join their safety team! The Safety Technician I –
Outage works under the supervision of a supervisor in a plant environment and provides a variety of services
which may include, inspection, testing, cleaning, maintenance, and repair of customer owned equipment.

Redline Safety is a premier safety and compliance provider in the Southeastern United States. Specializing in
services such as gas detection, safety training, emergency response training, fire protection, confined space
rescue services, compliance and inspection, and onsite emergency medical treatment.

Essential Duties
• Assist with atmospheric monitoring for hot work and confined space entry.
• Assist with safety inspections within an assigned area of the mill.
• Assist plant safety with verification of safety work permits.
• Assist with other safety related task as needed.

Skills and Experience
• Required – Experience in atmospheric testing / monitoring with multi gas testing monitors.
• Preferred – Hazards materials training.
• Preferred – Confined Space entry experience.
• Preferred – Industrial safety experience.

Work Environment
May be frequently exposed to wet, humid, outside weather conditions and vibration. Works in customer
environments. May be exposed to high pressure, chemicals, and plant traffic. The noise level in work
environment is usually moderate.

Pay
Competitive pay with per diam for travel over 50 miles from home location to job site. This a contractor
position and will be subject to issuance of 1099 at the end of the current tax year.
