Michael Ramer has 20 years of experience in emergency response services and construction / industrial safety.
He and his wife Dana have two daughters and a son, Anna-Michael, Rigdon, and Andi.
During his career as a professional Firefighter / Paramedic, he has served in many roles including Lieutenant and Training Officer. Michael also has obtained numerous nationally accredited certifications including.

As a Safety Professional Michael has served in various size organizations from small construction companies with less than 50 employees to large manufacturing facilities with 500 employees. This has allowed him to gain experience in areas such as loss control, safety program development and implementation, and worker compensation to name a few.
As a Safety Professional he has earned the following certifications OSHA 510 Construction Safety (Georgia Tech), 3M Fall Protection Competent Person, Fire Protection Systems Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing (FM Global). Michael is a candidate for a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health with a Minor in Fire Science.
Tracy Montague comes to RedLine Safey Inc. with over 25 years of experience in Fire/Rescue and Industrial Safety/Rescue.
He and his wife Julie have a son and a daughter, Marlee 30 and Josh 28, and a granddaughter Charlotte.
Before joining RedLine Safety Inc Tracy served 20 years with the City of Hattiesburg Fire Department where he retired in 2014.
While Hattiesburg Fire/Rescue he earned many IFSAC and NFPA certifications
